City of Foley revokes roofing company’s business license after owners charged in Mobile County

FOLEY, Ala. (WKRG) – The City of Foley revoked its ICE restoration business license on charges of abuse of financial elders in Mobile County. We learned that the license was revoked on March 1st.

Jessica Wilkerson and Ronald Massengale of International Construction Enterprises, Inc., or ICE Restoration, are charged with insurance fraud and abuse of first financial elders. WKRG News 5 reported the charges last month.

According to their indictment, the two filed a claim with Cincinnati Financial Insurance with the forged signature of a 92-year-old homeowner stating that their company had done $ 40,000 in roofing work. The charges also state that Massengale and Wilkerson financially exploited the senior homeowner under a fraudulent $ 2,500 contract.

According to court documents, five formal complaints have been filed in Mobile County about the ICE restoration and 20 complaints have been filed in Baldwin County.
