Products Inc., a Minnesota-based manufacturer of exterior construction products for residential and commercial real estate, announced that Jim Macaulay and Jeff Breitzman have been appointed to the company’s board of directors.
Macaulay joined the board on November 17. He is a visionary leader with extensive experience in strategy, finance and supply chain management across a range of industries. Macaulay is currently Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Marvin Windows and Doors. He was also Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Steel Case, a world leader in designing, manufacturing and partnering with other leading companies to provide architectural, furniture and technology solutions that help create places where people do better work, be inspired and achieve more. Macaulay currently serves on the board of directors of Hardwoods, Inc., a building products wholesaler; and Nucraft, an office furniture manufacturer specializing in conference rooms and meeting rooms. He holds a BA in Business Administration and Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, and a Masters in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL.
Breitzman will join the board on February 18, 2022. He has led several organizations through the successful development and implementation of corporate strategy. Breitzman was the chief executive officer and president of Bedford Technology, a building materials manufacturer of recycled plastic lumber. He was also President of Rainbow Play Systems, a manufacturer of high quality play equipment for residential and commercial properties. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Macaulay and Breitzman replace outgoing board members Steve Broz and Mark de Naray.
Broz is a longtime board member and trusted advisor to EDCO Products. He was instrumental in the generation transition from EDCO and the formation of the professional board. de Naray has been a member of the EDCO board since 2013 and provides his expertise in building an organization’s ability to increase profitability.
