Family makes it out safe as flames shoot from roof of Centerville home

CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – Firefighters were called to a house in Centerville Thursday morning when flames came down from the roof.

The fire was reported to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch from the 10,000 block of Silver Maple Court in Centerville shortly after 7:00 a.m. Thursday.

Dispatchers announced 2 NEWS that flames came from the roof of a large house. Fire fighters shared 2 NEWS on site that the family was home at the time, but everyone made it safely. The fire brigade was able to extinguish the fire quickly.
