Tesla recently completed one 44 kW Solar roof installation in Florida and according to Tony Cho the largest installation of its kind to date.
The system consists of a total of almost 800 individual solar tiles that provide enough electricity to offset around 80% of the energy consumption on the property.
The system also contains several Tesla Powerwalls (13.5 kWh usable / 7 kW peak / 5 kW continuous operation each) to buffer the electricity.
