IRE will take place from February 1st to 3rd, 2022. The event will start with a keynote speech – “Lessons … An Insider’s Look at 40 Years of Learning, Falling, Failing, and Succeeding” – by industry icon Reid Ribble, CEO of the NRCA.

Before Ribble became CEO, he spent six years in the US House of Representatives. During his tenure, he served on the Agriculture, Transport and Infrastructure, Budget and Finance, and Foreign Affairs committees, where he served as vice-chair of the Emerging Threats Committee. During his tenure in Congress, Ribble met more than 25 heads of state and traveled extensively in Eastern Europe and the Middle East in his role on the Foreign Affairs Committee.

The roofing trade runs in his blood. For more than 30 years, Ribble was president of his own roofing company in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. As a contractor, he has volunteered countless hours on numerous NRCA committees and on the NRCA board of directors.

“Every person and every company desperately needs housing,” said Ribble. “As roofers, it is an honor for us to offer them a roof over their heads. The IRE will be a fantastic opportunity to bring the industry together, talk about goals and lay the groundwork for a great 2022. “
