Open letter from Bill Phillips of Phillips Roofing

Hi! My name is William Phillips, just call me Bill. I just wanted to take a little time to introduce myself and my company, Phillips Roofing. When I was 16, I got my first roofing job at Ken’s Roofing in Sun City. I worked with my cousins on hot asphalt, clapboard, wood shingles, and wood shakes. From there I went to Earl Clarks in Tempe, where I mostly did the same thing, then to Paradise Valley Roofing where I made tiles and hot asphalt, and then back to Arid Roofing, pretty much the same thing. I ended up working at Scott Roofing for about 20 years installing all types of roofs. Then I went into supervision and finally became production manager. I started Phillips Roofing in 2006 and have been in the business for over 14 years. We are listed by BBB as an accredited company with an A + rating. I am proud to share that I have no complaints about my license.

At Phillips Roofing we install hot asphalt, shingles, wood shingles, wood shaking, modified bitumen, coatings, decra metal, new and reused roofing systems. We also offer pitch methods for flat roofs that hold back water. We have a $ 1 million general worker compensation and liability policy so your home or business is always protected. All employees are electronically verified and most have worked with me for over 12 years. We offer free estimates and detailed contracts. I personally make all the estimates and my supervisor visits all construction sites every day and keeps customers informed about the status of their roofs. Upon request, we will provide recommendations and provide addresses of work that has been carried out in your area so that you can see our processing. Should there ever be a problem that cannot be resolved with my manager, you will also have my number and can speak to me. I will let it work. When you’re ready to do business or if you have any questions call (623) 873-1626. (See also phillipsroofing.org.)
