Pollo Campero will launch its new chicken sandwich on February 16, available in fried and grilled versions.
The new roast chicken sandwich is the first to offer the roast chicken recipe from Pollo Campero in a sandwich. The sandwich was carefully crafted by the Pollo Campero team to balance the flavor of the fried chicken with a brand new brioche bun and thick, sweet pickles. For those looking for a lighter option, the brand also offers the grilled chicken sandwich, made with Campero’s own condiments.

The company tested the new sandwich extensively to develop the recipe for success. The Pollo Campero team wanted the sandwich to be simple and have just the right combination of flavors.
