• Install the polycarbonate sheets a minimum of 5 degrees (i.e., this will allow rainwater to drain towards the gutter and prevent moisture from building up on your roof).
• Temperature fluctuations throughout the day cause the roofing membranes to expand and contract, so you need to take this thermal movement into account. Otherwise, the resistance to these temperature adjustments will cause your roofing membranes to bend.
• When installing polycarbonate roofs, it is recommended to pre-drill the screw holes before attaching the panels. It is also recommended that these holes be slightly oversized to allow room for the thermal adjustments described above.

• The polycarbonate sheets are supplied with a list of the fillings and back channels recommended by the manufacturer. Do not use bitumen-impregnated foam inserts. These damage the polycarbonate sheets!
• If some panels end up overlapping a gutter, drill a 5mm hole in the pan 10mm from the edge of the panel. This creates a drip point.
