Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. Discusses the Potential of the Energy Sector with The Stock Day Podcast

Phoenix, Arizona – (Newsfile Corp. – March 9, 2021) – The Stock Day Podcast welcomed Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. (OTC Pink: SIRC) (“the Company)”, an integrated installation of solar power and rooftop systems from a single source Dave Massey, Company CEO, Dave Massey, joined Stock Day host Everett Jolly.

Jolly started the interview by asking about the company’s background and current projects. “Our vision was to bring solar to every roof,” said Massey. “We found a way to do marketing where we can sell roofers and solar on a low-interest loan that is less than an electric bill,” he continued. “We decided to go public and it’s been quite a journey,” said Massey, adding that the company’s earnings have continued to grow since it became a public company in 2016.

“Our core business is roofers and solar, but we also do EV charging systems. We want to get into HVAC systems and everything in the energy sector is part of what we look at,” said Massey.

Jolly then noted that the company is currently trading on the Pink Sheets and inquired about the progress of the testing and listing. “We are very confident that we can complete the audit by next week,” said Massey. “Form 10 is filled out and ready to use,” he added. “We want to improve by the end of next week or the beginning of next week.”

Conversation then turned to a recent announcement by the company that listed an LOI for its acquisition of Cornerstone Construction. “We are pretty confident that we will close the deal by the end of the month,” said Massey. He then went on to explain the value Cornerstone Construction brings to the company, particularly in relation to founder Hunter Ballew and strategic market locations.

“Do you have other acquisitions on the horizon?” Asked Jolly. “Last week we announced an EV charging system company here in Southern California. We’re working diligently with them and we have a binding LOI. It may take a couple of weeks, but it’s a great sector, both parties are very excited close. “

The story goes on

Jolly then asked about the future potential of the EV industry. “In 2021 there will be 41 electric vehicles on the market. I think there is definitely a paradigm shift in that direction,” said Massey. “In terms of market share, I think SIRC could very easily generate $ 30 million to $ 40 million in revenue from the EV charging market in a variety of formats over the next few years.”

“What is the 2022 financial year and what do you expect?” Asked Jolly. “We recently closed Enerev, which was another major acquisition,” said Massey. “With just Enerev revenue on the books, we aim to do about $ 40 million for SIRC,” he said, adding that Cornerstone Construction is expected to generate around $ 30 million in revenue. “I am very confident that we will have a run rate of over $ 100 million by early summer.”

At the end of the interview, Massey elaborated on the company’s investment potential, especially given its small market cap, as it moves further into the energy sector. “We’re trying to go from being a roofing and solar company to being an energy company,” said Massey. He also discussed the quality and value of the company’s team, as well as their strategic acquisitions. “We have a huge team that is very enthusiastic and we are all working very hard to make this company amazing.”
